At Beau Bakers, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and integrity of every item we ship.
Please read our policy carefully before making a return.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

Products where the hygiene seal has been broken

Silicone eye masks or tools that have been removed from sealed packaging
This policy protects all customers and ensures that every Beau Bakers product you receive is safe, untouched, and uncompromised.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase must be provided

Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer direct exchanges on opened beauty products.
If you wish to change an unopened item, please contact us within the return window.
