At Beau Bakers, we take care in preparing every order. Each parcel is packed with intention and dispatched as quickly as possible so your skincare arrives safely and beautifully.
Order Processing
All standard orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (if selected at checkout)
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We are working towards expanding globally. At present, international shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or sms text message so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Beau Bakers cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, please note that dispatch timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are available.
